Becca meets every client where they are and believes in going at the pace of her client's needs. She believes that building a relationship is what allows a therapeutic relationship to flourish and be successful. By offering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, she feels everyone can be successful and make positive changes in their lives. Becca is eager and excited to work with all individuals of all ages and abilities.
Becca has experience in working with individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities as well as a wide range of mental illnesses. Specifically, Becca has worked with individuals suffering with Anxiety, Depression, disordered eating, Bipolar I, Bipolar II, PTSD, agoraphobia, OCD, substance abuse, and others.
Becca is also licensed in Minnesota and available to meet via telehealth for those residing outside of Montana.

If you are looking for real change in your life, Ellie works with clients to offer new insights into themselves. She is willing to figure out what works for you, and go at a pace that feels most comfortable. Some of Ellie's strengths are creating a safe and welcoming environment throughout therapy, encouraging clients to connect with their core values, and reframing thoughts and ideas in a way that is more helpful to clients. Ellie would be a good fit for you if you desire long-term change, getting to the root of your challenges, or regaining control in your life.
Finding the right therapist for you can be very overwhelming and daunting. You should be very proud that you took these first initial steps! Ellie believes that the most important thing for building a good foundation for success in therapy is creating a meaningful and safe environment for you to be your authentic self.

I am Jennifer Thistle PCLC and I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. My approach to counseling is deeply rooted in feminist theory, emphasizing the importance of understanding the social and cultural contexts that influence individual experiences. I integrate principles of empowerment, collaboration, and intersectionality into my work, ensuring that therapy is a space where clients' voices are heard and valued. I have a deep commitment to fostering a safe and affirming space, I support individuals across the diverse spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities with a compassionate, client-centered, and informed approach. With a background in trauma-informed care, I am dedicated to empowering clients to embrace their true selves and build fulfilling, authentic lives. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards greater self-acceptance, resilience, and joy.

My experience has been working with a wide age range, from adolescents to ages 60+. Specifically, I have experience working with domestic violence, sexual assault, homelessness, career change, anxiety, stress, depression, suicidal ideation, PTSD, Bipolar I, Bipolar II, among others.
